
In the absence of having a single, integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, which handles all of your operational processes, it is often required that we integrate external systems and processes into our core System of Record (SoR).
To do this, we require integration, which often times will require custom programming, and if you are lucky, an out-of-the-box tool to establish the connections between the various systems.
